Rocky Mountain National Park is working on restoring the Bear Lake Area. A two year reconstruction project covering 5.1 miles of Bear Lake Road from its intersection with Trail Ridge Road to the Park & Ride at Glacier Basin is where the plantings will take place. Rocky Mountain is our first restoration site outside of California in partnership with FIOR Gelato. In combined with their 2 locations, we are projected to plant an estimated 150,000 plants over the coarse of the upcoming year.
Stay tuned for updates on this restoration project as Spring 2017 comes around!
